Required Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a Law Firm or In-house slot Legal Department.
- Knowledge of Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, and/or Data Privacy Laws.
- Excellent Research, Writing, and Communication Skills.
- Detail-oriented with Strong Organizational Skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Familiarity with Payment Gateway Operations and related Regulations is a plus.
- Fluent in English in both writing and communicating.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Draft and Review Contracts, including Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and NDAs.
- Conduct Legal Research and provide guidance to Internal Stakeholders on Legal Matters related to Payment Gateway Operations.
- Monitor Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations related to Payment Gateway Operations.
- Assist in the Implementation of Internal Policies and Procedures related to Legal and Compliance Matters.
