Jobs Description

As an IT Support Staff, you will be responsible for technical assistance and resolving issues related to the company's payment processing systems and ensuring the smooth and secure integration of merchant transactions.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related majors.
  2. Experienced for 1 years in a similar field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  3. Able to speak English, both oral and written.
  4. Can work under pressure.
  5. Have a desire to learn new things.
  6. Ability to work independently or with a group.
  7. Have a strong and good attitude.
  8. Can work shifts/nights.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshooting, identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during payment processing, such as transaction failures or software glitches.
  2. User Support, providing assistance to merchant who encounter problems with payment processing, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  3. Maintain SDK, CMS plugin include create or update.
  4. Security, ensuring proper & secure merchant integration of payment gateway.
  5. Documentation, maintaining accurate records of reported issues, API services & postman collection.
  6. Collaborating with other IT teams, software developers, and third-party vendors to enhance payment processing capabilities.
  7. Emergency Response, being available for on-call support from merchant.
  8. Providing guidance to merchant on how to use payment processing systems effectively and securely.
  9. Actively participating in the ongoing improvement of payment processing systems, suggesting enhancements and enhance user experience.
