  2. 3-5 years in Customer Related services.
  3. Leadership qualities.
  4. Team player, diligent, friendly, and honest.
  5. Eagerness to learn about new things/technologies.
  6. Communicative.
  7. Attention to detail.
  8. Responsible and reliable.
  9. Can work shifts/nights.

Required Skills :

  1. Have good communication skills.
  2. Able to operate computer, microsoft office, and google services.
  3. Able to speak English, both oral and written.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  1. Manage and supervise Customer Service Team day to day operations.
  2. Workshift management.
  3. Maintaining healthy environment within Customer Service Team.
  4. Handling Customer complaints in timely manner.
  5. Provide assistance and solutions.
  6. Perform validation activities.
