A driven and results-oriented Outbound Account Executive to join our growing
sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach strategies. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads, build strong relationships, and close new business opportunities.
As an Outbound Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You’ll need strong communication skills, persistence, and a deep
understanding of how to match our solutions to client needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospects via phone, email, and other outbound channels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in handling rejection.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and effectively match them with relevant solutions.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling in a B2B environment or within [industry, e.g., tech, SaaS, logistics].
  • Familiarity with lead generation and sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • A strong passion for sales and career growth in a dynamic company

The responsibilities covering:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Qualify leads and understand customer needs to effectively present product or service solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to drive long-term business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to align on messaging and optimize the customer journey.
  • Record all activities, contacts, and deal progress in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Continuously refine sales strategies based on feedback, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Attend regular training and development sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.
  • Represent the company professionally and passionately in every interaction.
